"Lite" Version for Dial-up Users

Now that our Internationalisation efforts are visible again (FYI, v1.5.1 packs 5 external localisations thanks to our smart contributors), the weight of our "Standard" package is obviously increasing…

As a consequency, we'd like to inform our dial-up users that we'll now provide a "Lite" version of our releases: with only one (1) internal localisation bundled ("English" if taken from our English page; "French", from our French one), it should come slightly thereafter each release.
